Additional Information
Health fund rebates for acupuncture are available from all major health funds. After each session we will email you a receipt to submit to your insurance company.
Multiple-session packs terms and conditions: these are prepaid in order to receive the pack rate and are valid for the duration as stated (i.e. 6-pack are valid for 12 weeks). Health fund rebates are available, and each treatment is receipted on the day of service.
Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. I appreciate your understanding of the time that has been reserved for your appointment.

Weekly acupuncture from 36 or 37 weeks is recommended to help prepare your body and mind for birth. This session pack is designed to support you in these weeks. The pack may be prepaid in clinic on your first appointment at 36 or 37 weeks (or earlier if you wish).

Terms and conditions
*New patients: your first appointment is 60 minutes and the 3 following appointments are 45 mins duration. Existing patients will have 4x 45 minutes appointments.
Acupuncture appointments will be receipted on the day of treatment and may be claimed with all major private health funds.
Acupressure for pain relief during labour: this (optional) session may be scheduled to immediately follow an acupuncture treatment.
Unused acupuncture sessions may be transferred to the postpartum, to be used within 2 months of purchase, or refunded. A discount is offered on the pre-paid sessions pack. Please note that where a refund is requested for unused sessions, the amount returned will be calculated based on the used sessions returning to their full-price equivalent. The discount is forfeited when the full pack is not used.
