Do you need a little more calm in your life?  Do you need a de-stress? A time where you can turn off the noise, and re-regulate?

Our modern life is very yang: fast paced, plugged into technology, all-day screen time (then more at night!), prepped up on coffee, constantly connected, and externalised in the world. Whilst this is not “bad” in itself, it’s the relative imbalance with yin that can be harmful and leads to disharmony over time.  More yin-full activities include time in nature, connecting with the breath, meditating and internalising your consciousness, slow movement, eating nourishing whole foods, and restful sleep.

In this year of the yang fire horse, the yang dynamic energy is at the forefront.  To move smoothly with this natural momentum and not burn out, to thrive and feel great, it helps to consciously harmonise the yang and the fire with yin.

ACUCALM is designed just for that: gentle qigong movement, acupressure routines, breathing exercises and relaxation to reconnect with a quiet flow inside. To support your nervous system. To help you feel quietly and calmly, good.

In the final phase of the class I will assist your relaxation with a gentle acupuncture point (optional).
